The 80:20 Cubed Rule

Tech Trainers and teachers who are technology innovators must make a large investment of time and energy to get appropriate technology into regular use. This is the “80:20 cubed rule”.

  • Professional reading about a wide variety of technology.
  • Further research into technology that may be appropriate for an international school.
  • In-depth investigation of technology considered as a possible option to be used.

Of the total of 300 units of time and energy invested only about 7% directly results in some technology being implemented.
