Tech Postholes

A tech posthole is where a staff member at an international school invests time learning about a particular technology to the point where their knowledge and skills are so good they are regarded as an expert by other staff. This technology can be things like an item of hardware, a software program or a website.

Choosing an ICT posthole.

Teachers at international schools are inundated with great tech possibilities that could enhance student learning, but limited time usually means almost all must be put aside. An appropriate goal for teachers is to choose one of these possibilities to make into an tech posthole each Semester.
